SAMPLE A LA CARTE MENU FROM OUR RESTAURANT
Main Meals Pan-fried sea bass on a bed of ratatouille with an oregano cream sauce. Roasted Rack of Welsh lamb on a bed of buttered leeks with a redcurrant & rosemary sauce. Welsh Black prime sirloin steak either topped with garlic butter & red wine sauce or with pan fried onions and mushrooms. Sautéed Welsh lambs liver in a rich red wine sauce with bacon & caramelised onions. Medallions of Pork fillet served on a bubble and squeak mash with a grainy mustard sauce. Pan-fried Salmon served on a bed of creamed Savoy cabbage with smoked bacon. All meals are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes of the day.
